For land, we market what is offered for your land and do the footwork so you don't have to. We do everything possible to make the process easy.
We're willing to work with people on commission and since we're a small business - we can do that.

My name is Josephine Esquibel - I'm the Owner and Qualifying Broker of Wild West Realty. I'm 33 years old and have a BBA in Business concentrated in Accounting. Opening up a business in real estate was always my goal when getting my license in 2020. Wild West Realty opened on March 4th, 2024. I now have six years of experience with immense mentoring and training throughout my first four years. I hired on my long time team member and business associate, Victoria Gallegos. We love what we do and love being able to help those find a home or sell their property.
I've always kept everything in-house as much as I can; learning to fly a drone, designing my signs and cards on Photoshop; posting on social media as much as my old soul allows..
